That last trip was 1300 + miles round trip for a three day weekend.
But 3 FTF's also.
As I add it up, we have so far used 59 lookouts totaling 328,897 +/- feet elevation for and average of 5,575 feet per lookout.
The lowest was at 1,479 feet and the highest was 9,026 feet.
I would like to break 500,000 feet just to say we did.
Yes, we will keep looking for and finding lookouts. Maybe not as hot and heavy as up to this point.
We have one more cache to place this summer - We will let you know when it is active - to complete our cache placement quest. (Until something else comes up or along that is.)
So far we score it as FTF for the DeLorme, National Forest (only finders so far, who's next?) and Fire Lookout Tower challenges. (Who is next?) Isn't that enough?
One could do these three challenges plus the CCIO at the same time. I would think one could do all of them in a solid week of caching if you planned it right.
Any other challenges - Fizzymagic I know - out there? (Don't tell Red.)
